Terms of Use
1. Service
bAk. is an iPhone camera app that creates and stores photos and their back-side records on your device. It provides no account, social feed, or operator storage server.
2. Purchase and refunds
New captures after the first 36 require a non-consumable lifetime purchase. Viewing, editing, deleting, and sharing existing records remain available. Apple App Store policies govern payment, refunds, and restoration.
3. Device and data
The app requires an iPhone that supports simultaneous front and rear capture and camera permission. You are responsible for maintaining a suitable backup against device loss, app deletion, insufficient storage, or disabled backups.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate another person's rights, privacy, or applicable law. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to the people and places around you before capturing.
5. Liability and contact
