Privacy Policy
Summary: bAk. does not collect or send your photos, face images, notes, location, or usage behavior to an operator server.
1. Information processed on device
The app processes rear-camera photos, a monochrome stamp of up to 640px made immediately from the front image, notes, capture time, and—if enabled—coordinates and a place name. Beside Co. cannot collect or view these records.
2. Front image
The front image is captured only when you press the shutter and converted on device. The color source is never saved, including as a temporary file, and no front-camera preview is created.
3. Location and exports
Location recording is optional. Precise coordinates remain only in the local record and are removed from exports. You can also exclude the place name when sharing.
4. Storage and deletion
Records live on your device and may be included in your own iCloud device backup. Deleting a record or the app removes the corresponding local data. There is no operator-server copy.
5. Third parties and payment
We do not sell or disclose personal data. The app has no advertising or analytics SDK. Apple processes purchases through StoreKit. This website opens only when you request a legal page.
